Travel Schedules: We will meet at McCarran Airport Friday, Mar 19 at 7:30am. Please arrange to be picked up at McCarran Baggage Claim on Sunday, Mar 18 at 11:45am. *** There is a remote chance that we will try to catch a flight back Saturday night. If that is the case your students will contact you.

When Flying:
-You must arrange to be picked up at the airport when we return. Please remember to leave room for your tubs, expecially when being picked up at night.
-Tubs and carts must be checked. Almost all other luggage must be carried on. Pack accordingly.
-Please bring a photo ID, even if you are under 18.
