Travel Schedules: Please arrange to be dropped off at McCarran by 9:00 PM on Thursday, April 29th. Please arrange to be picked up Tuesday evening by 7:45 PM at US Airways baggage claim.
We don’t compete on Friday, so we will have all day to prepare and get well rested for Saturday. This also is a cushion against delays, which hopefully will not be necessary.

When Flying:
-You must arrange to be picked up at the airport when we return. Please remember to leave room for your tubs, expecially when being picked up at night.
-Tubs and carts must be checked. Almost all other luggage must be carried on. Pack accordingly .
-Please bring a photo ID, even if you are under 18.
